While the overlay plays a critical role in Pressure Redistribution, Microclimate management, and Thermal support, its performance is optimised when used in combination with the full CozyZone system.
The interaction between the support surface, base system, and overlay ensures that Clinical outcomes, such as Pressure Management, Stability, and Patient Comfort, are delivered as intended.
For this reason, the FLIP Overlay is not designed for independent use and should be considered as part of the complete CozyZone solution.

At CoZyZone, environmental responsibility is at the heart of our design. From the very beginning, we focused on how our system could reduce its carbon footprint while delivering exceptional comfort and support.
A key innovation lies in our ‘Fragmented’ cushions. These are produced using 100% repurposed memory foam, sourced from high-quality furnishing offcuts that would otherwise go to waste. By giving this material a second life, we not only minimise landfill impact but also create a uniquely responsive structure. The fragmentation process enhances the foam’s natural elasticity, resulting in a dynamic, therapeutic feel that adapts to the user while maintaining long-lasting support.
Sustainability extends beyond the product itself. Each CoZyZone system is packaged in a single polythene bag made from carbon-neutral, 95% renewable ‘I’m Green’ material, which is also fully recyclable.
Upon delivery, our Company Representative will unpack your system, provide you with a convenient travel bag, and remove the packaging for responsible recycling.
To further reduce environmental impact, all CoZyZone systems are delivered directly by a Company Representative, ensuring efficient, low-waste distribution and a seamless customer experience.
